Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam

The breakfast was marvellous and the place was clean. The staff was affable, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The service provided there was excellent. In addition, parking was on-site. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for weekend in Amsterdam. There was a really nice restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Everything was brand-new, excellent service, amazing location short walk to easy to hop on the train and the city centre by underground. Had an excellent time.

A great location right by the subway made it easy to reach the Central Station in under 20 minutes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, spacious Beautiful King room on the top floor with fantastic views. Although a bit out of the central area, the lower price and modern feel were worth it. For airport transfer, a taxi proved to be a more economical choice than the train for two people, a surprising find after our trip.

I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere in the lounge. The view from my room was striking, overlooking the canal and houseboats. I appreciated the breakfast selection and the lightness of the space created by those large windows.

Really good staff service were really good.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, allowing easy train access to the downtown area while providing a quiet setting for our kids to rest.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options need more variety for longer stays.

The metro access is convenient, taking just 20 minutes to reach the city center. The modern twin room was clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep.

I found the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam beautifully decorated with its bright and airy lobby. The abundant natural light. The metro station right across the street offered easy access to the city's attractions.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty. My room was spacious and clean. The metro station was just a short walk away.

Housekeeping consistency left something to be desired. Multiple reports indicated that rooms weren't cleaned on scheduled days, leading to disappointment. Noise from the hallways proved disruptive, with guests often hearing door slams and conversations echoing into the rooms, affecting serenity. Some amenities appeared neglected, such as insufficient cleaning standards in pet-friendly areas and maintenance issues like flooding showers.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our Junior Suite was spacious, allowing the kids to play around while we relaxed. The view from our room was also fine.

The only downside was the noise from the hallways.

Can recommend for spending night

Comfortable room, helpful staff who accommodated our request for a lower floor room, ample amenities like a coffee machine and fridge for our convenience, and only a 5-minute stroll from the Overamstel metro station make this a great choice.

The breakfast was excellent, with a vast selection including freshly prepared omelets and a variety of beverages. The location was prime, situated next to a metro station. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and support throughout my stay, and the WiFi connection was impressively fast, aiding in my business needs.

The room for three adults was cramped.

The hotel was in a great spot, just a two-minute walk from the train station with a direct train to central. Our beautiful triple room on the upper floor offered spaciousness and lovely views. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was pleasant.
